After graduation Aylin worked in Oslo for Riseng & Kiehl Arkitekter before moving to London. Whilst in the UK she gained valuable professional experience working for, amongst others, Erick van Egeraat Architects and office design specialists, DEGW.
In 2001 Aylin returned to Oslo and joined NSW. She worked on a wide variety of projects, from feasibility studies to large scale building projects. She was project architect for the commercial development at Ullevål Stadium and the residential project, Tjuvholmen Hus 84. In 2015 Aylin left NSW to work in the Oslo office of Arkitektfirma Helen & Hard.
Aylin has broad experience with all aspects of complex building projects and processes. She has worked extensively with early phase space-planning and user programming and has led projects through the design process to on-site follow-up. She has experience with urban planning, both on a detailed level and with larger scale zoning plans.
Aylin rejoined NSW in 2018.
