The architecture firm of Narud Stokke Wiig (NSW) has changed its name to NSW Arkitektur, signaling some important future changes in the firm:
After nearly 40 years in business, the firm is stronger than ever and looking towards the future with Lise Rystad as new Managing Director. Lise has been part of the NSW team for many years, and most recently held a leading role at the extension of the Gardermoen Airport, Oslo.
She is being joined by two new Architectural Directors; Emelie Tornberg and Thor Arne Kleppan. They will join the top Architectural design team of Jørn Narud, Ole Wiig and Tore Schjetlein. In spite of their young age, both Emelie and Thor Arne have been part of the NSW team for many years, having also gained valuable experience abroad.
The new strategy also entails special focus on four specialist fields, in addition to the strong and general architectural skills of NSW: Interior and product Design, Urban Design, Planning and Sustainable Design.
The 60 person strong team of NSW is located in three offices; in the capital of Oslo, the inland city of Hamar and the coastal town of Svolvær in Lofoten, thus covering the urban Norway, the inland Norway and the coastal Norway, as well as foreign countries.
